Summary: Im Angebot wird das Haus mit einem Annex(Anbau) beschrieben. Dieser war verschlossen und der Schlüssel war nicht im Schlüsselkasten, konnte daher von uns nicht genutzt werden. / Das Haus ist nicht an das Fernwärmesystem von Aerosköbing angeschlossen. Das hatte ich vor der Buchung erfragen wollen, habe aber auf die Mail keine Antwort bekommen. / Es waren dann verschieden Elektrogeräte zum Heizen verteilt. Daher haben wir 0.75m Holz in 2 Wochen gebraucht. / Nur wer fährt schon mit einem Anhänger mit Brennholz in den Urlaub? Wir. / / Der Ärger kam dann im Anschluss des Urlaubs, mit der Behauptung "Es wäre doch noch eine Endreinigung zu bezahlen" Wir werden sehen ob das freundlich oder im Konflikt endet. / Resümee: / Typisches Haus in der Altstadt, Klein, eng, steile Treppe Bett unter dem Dach. / Einrichtung im Wohnraum ist hübsch. Polstermöbel schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Sofa ist vorsichtig zu benutzen. Türen und Fenster klemmen oder lassen sich nicht schliessen. / (Haus besser durch den Kücheneingang betreten) / Das Haus, die Möbel , Fenster und Türen könnten etwas Liebe gebrauchen. / / Für den Winter schon etwas grenzwertig aber wir sind gewöhnt mit Holz zu heizen, daher / für den Sommer ein hübsches Haus für 2 Personen. Für den Winter würde ich eines der Nachbarhäuser bevorzugen mit Zentralheizung und Wlan. / / Ob ich das weiter empfehlen kann, kann ich erst entscheiden wenn ich weiß wie Dancenter mit der unangemessenen Behauptung umgeht, "Wir hätten nicht Sauber hinterlassen" / Für und als Kunden ist es klar das wir Mängel und Zustand hinnehmen müssen, da wir nun schon mal da sind. / Wir gehen Vorsichtig mit dem geliehenem Haus und Inventar um, Putzen dreimal so pingelig wie zu hause. / und .... zu hause bekommen wir dann eine Mail .. es wäre doch noch eine Endreinigung nötig. / Schon bei der Ankunft lag der Verbrauchszettel auf dem Tisch und man hatte etwas drauf gemogelt, ds hatte ich bis dahin noch nie erlebt. / / Wir hatten schon mindesten zehn mal ein Ferienhaus, nur diese mal mit ärger im Anschluss. / Das braucht kein Mensch
