Just a short five-minute drive from the ferry dock and downtown Cruz Bay where you can find the best restaurants and shopping on the island.
The house & Cottage overlooks the Caribbean Ocean which allows you to relax at your private pool and listen to the surf roll in from Hart Bay Beach which is just a short five-minute car ride down from the house.
The House & Cottage totals 5 large, air-conditioned bedrooms, each with their private en-suite bathroom. The 4th bedroom in the house can be either set-up with a king size bed or 2 twin beds. The house has three levels, with bedrooms on each level, allowing for privacy.
The Cottage has a big king size bed that sleeps 2.
The house and cottage combined sleeps 10 people. It could easily sleep 12 with the pullout sofa bed in the living area
The living area and kitchen of the house are on the top deck which is newly fully air conditioned.

Summary: We rented the house and the cottage for our family vacation to St John. Communication was excellent with both the owners and the property manager, Abby. The house was 4 levels which gave some privacy to each bedroom. The dishwasher was not working, and Abby was prepared with paper products to reduce our water usage. It was a short trip to Starfish Market and into Cruz Bay.
