We are located in prime territory! You will have everything you need to enjoy your Vegas experience! NEW HOT TUB! Game room with full size pool table, Air Hockey and Skeeball! Prime shopping and dining-CHINATOWN, In&Out, Starbucks/Dutch Bros, plus many famous restaurants. Our home is completely remodeled, ample living space with BRAND NEW designer furnishings. Primary suite has King bed with en suite bath. Second bedroom has a Queen, third bedroom has a bunk with 3rd pull out. Kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and dining. Living room has a large comfortable sectional-perfect for movies. Huge new flat screen TVs thru out. Ultra FAST internet. Private patio and RV parking.

NO SMOKING ALLOWED in the interior of the home.
Please be courteous and careful with ashes outside. A $2500 cleaning fee for interior smoking will be applied.
There is no extra charge for hot tub heating but please be advised that if the hot tub is left on for extended periods there will be a $500 charge. Please turn the hot tub OFF after using. Please be courteous with hot tub activity.
During periods of extreme Las Vegas heat-we have the ability to control the thermostat. Temps will be set at comfortable levels. Should you need the temp cooler please contact us. This has never been an issue but AC’s can be damaged by dropping temps below 70.

Entire home is yours to enjoy! We also have ample security for your safety. We have cameras on the exterior of the property to monitor your vehicles.
There is plenty of driveway parking, RV parking and free street parking.
