This is easily the best location to start your Austin adventure! You can easily walk to Barton Springs Pool and Zilker Park for all of the awesome festivals such as ACL, Blues on the Green, the Kite Festival, or just go hang out and relax with the Austin skyline as your backdrop.
This one bedroom apartment has an absolutely perfect location! It`s right next to Zilker Park and downtown, which means you`re super close to everything. It`s recently been redecorated. The apartment fits 4 people comfortably with 2 in the luxurious king bed and 2 on the comfy sleeper sofa.
The kitchen is fully stocked with basic cookware, dishes, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, range oven and utensils. Sleeping 4 with 2 in the king size bed with fluffy pillows and hotel quality sheets, and two more on the comfy queen sofa sleeper in the living room.
There is a pool just outside the apartment. Guests are welcome to use the pool but please be respectful of the neighbors. Pool hours are 10am to 10pm. There is also a community coin operated laundry facility on the property.
Work from home or keep the family entertained with High speed G Fiber WIFI (1 GB) and our large smart TV in the living room. Stream your favorites on Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+ and more!
The rental comes with 1 unreserved parking spot that we provide a parking pass for you to park with. Any other vehicles can park on the street.

Summary: We booked ACL Festival tickets late in the game and I was super happy to find this very nice property located so close to Zilker park. It was everything we needed and the perfect home base for our weekend. We parked the car and did not need to use it again as everything we needed was just minutes away. This was huge and driving and parking were crazy during the festival. After making breakfast our first morning we just had a short walk to get to the festival gates. We enjoyed the music and were able to quickly walk back for breaks as needed. The nice little swimming pool was just out the front door, super cute. We took a plunge each morning to recharge and fend of the 100 degree heat :) In addition to the pool, it was just a short walk to Barton Springs which we really enjoyed. At the end of each night the super conformtable King bed and surpsisingly comfortable pull out sofa bed were just what we needed. Check in and out was super easy and the needed tasks for checkout were super easy and minimal. The host was very responsive to questions. Great place for ACL or any other visit to Austin.
