This listing is not affected by new B&B rules. This is truly one of kind. It is 4 bedrooms on 5 acres sleeps 8 comfortably all yours to watch deer, moose and the occasional bear. Put your feet up by the woodstove and watch your favorite show on our 55" tv. Wireless wifi as well as TV in both master bedrooms. Fully stocked kitchen so great for longstays. Can accomodate very large trucks for work crews. This has been completely renovated this summer so it's spotless with a new propane furnace. All of the appliances are new including Bosch dishwasher. The living room/dining room is a huge open space so great for kids to run around. Across the street from the Balmoral Hiking trail which will lead you all the way to either eagle Bay or white lake which is a renowned lake for trout fishing. Also 5 minutes away from Shuswap Lake so bring your boat, horses, atv or dirt bike. Work crews are welcome.
