In the Baronnies Provençales natural park you will be just a few steps away from must-see sites. Numerous possibilities for hiking and cycling. Picturesque villages, Baronnies Provençales observatory (Moydans), vultures (Rémuzat), bodies of water (Rosans, Cornillon-sur-l'Oule), old stones (former priory of Saint-André-de-Rosans, square tower and abbey Notre-Dame de Miséricorde (Rosans), Provençal markets, via-ferrata (La Motte Chalancon), voltive festival Mont Ventoux and Vaucluse are not that far away either: Verclause supermarket (4km), Rosans bakery (5km) We welcome you in a warm and friendly atmosphere all year round.
Over the years our house evolves and gets a second life. The Aubergerie gîtes are a future set of 4 gîtes. After considering an optimal layout, work using 100% natural materials, the Suzanne and Battista gîtes and their very well thought-out 50m² now welcome you! Located on the 1st floor (comfortable staircase with a ramp), the layout of Battista is as follows: the entrance opens onto the living room opening onto your 28m² south-facing terrace. The 19m² bedroom has 2 single beds 90x200 that can be combined into a bed, king-size 180x200cm, a bathroom (large shower) and access to the terrace (bay window). The toilet is independent. If the entrance hall is common with our 2nd gîte Suzanne, the entrances are independent and the terraces are oriented differently. This also allows you to facilitate circulation if you wish to enjoy 2 gîtes at the same time. For your comfort the cottage is heated by underfloor heating.
