BEAUTIFUL SILVERLEAVES!! Located within a three minute walk to the beautiful and secluded Silverleaves beach, this holiday home is a great place to base yourself while in Phillip Island. Enjoy all of the tourist attractions that the island has to offer or simply relax and remain in Silverleaves in this very comfortable house. Your coffee fix is only a five minute walk to the Silverleaves General Store. The renowned Cowes golf course is also within walking distance. With views of French Island, north-facing Silverleaves beach is the perfect family beach; safe and sheltered and excellent for fishing, swimming or long walks. Cowes shops and restaurants are a 5 minute drive away. No wifi. There are 4 spacious bedrooms (3 x queen beds, 1 x 2 sets of bunks) and 1.5 modern bathrooms, the home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. The large entertainerโs kitchen has a dishwasher and microwave and provides a great space for preparing family meals. The open plan living area includes a huge leather modular couch and big screen TV, perfect for catching up on DVDs or the footy. Another living area/sun room is located at the rear of the home and also has a TV. There is a spacious north-facing deck and BBQ area out the back as well as a huge, luscious grassy area for the kids to run around or play a game of cricket. A bungalow laundry is also located in the backyard. Driveway parking for a couple of cars or boat. If the accompanying guardian is not present we can evict without refund. The host reserves the right at any time to cancel or not proceed with a booking that does not meet these requirements. This property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. If at any time we find you are accommodating more people than you have booked for, you will be evicted immediately and extra charges may apply.
