Positive: Location is amazing. The house is big and very comfortable.
Negative: There are several issues that need to be addressed and we are not the only ones that have said something to Pristine about these. 1. Elevator was making loud noises and difficult to sleep. After contacting pristine 3 times they sent someone out to turn the elevator off. 2. Master bedroom door is misaligned and doesn’t lock. 3. Televisions in both bedrooms upstairs do not work. 4. Washer in laundry room only fills to about 5 inches on the largest load.
Summary: This is an amazing property to stay at. I do not feel that Pristine was on top of things like they should be as a proper
