Melbourne 1 is a delightful 1-bedroom apartment located in a modern complex in central Albufeira, situated between the old and new towns. Ideal for a family or a few friends, this property is near all essential amenities and is the perfect setting for an invigorating sunny getaway.
Accommodating 2+2 people, this superb apartment has 1 bright and airy bedroom stylishly furnished with 2 single beds. There is also a newly installed shower room with a generous walk-in shower. The spacious living/dining room has a comfortable sofa and TV (with international channels), a table and chairs for inside dining and patio doors leading onto an inviting balcony with outdoor seating, perfect for a meal or for relaxing in the sunshine. The kitchen is open plan and fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine and many other appliances that you may require during the course of your stay. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning throughout, free Wi-Fi and is located on the third floor with lift access.
Outside in the communal garden you will find an inviting swimming pool surrounded by plenty of room to sunbathe, with a separate children's pool and children's play area.
With such a central location, all amenities are within a short walk of the apartment including a selection of excellent restaurants, bars, shopping centre, and supermarkets, and the nearest beaches (Praia do Inatel and Praia dos Alemães) are less than a kilometre away.
Car Hire is not necessary, however if you want to hire a car, we can help you with this. Other options of transportation include the local bus the Albufeira "Giro" with several routes around town and local taxis which are readily available and well-priced (for which contact information will be provided).
The changeover day for this property is on Saturday.
