A bathroom with a shower completes the layout of the house, which also has a hot/cold air conditioning unit.
The two terraces, which are accessible from the ground floor, connect the small private golf course with the magnificent swimming pool, as well as providing charming corners where you can enjoy the privacy provided in the house. The terrace accessible from the living room hosts an outdoor dining area, where you can enjoy delicious meals accompanied by wonderful views of the hills. On sunnier days, you can even see the white houses that make up Frigiliana, just 7 km from the house. The second terrace, which is accessed from the kitchen, also has a dining area.
