- Bedroom 2: double bed (140 cm x 200 cm), and en-suite shower room with shower, washbasin and WC.

- Relaxation: Jacuzzi (with shower) at an additional cost of 25€ per 2 hours (to be paid on site), shaded terraces, reading area... The jacuzzi can accommodate 4 people and is accessible by reservation according to availability and periods.
- Sport: treadmill, gym, petanque court, bikes...
- Sharing: shaded pergola, barbecues, beach cabins, games... all on a 4000 m² estate shared between the residents and the estate's restaurant.
Nearby
Less than 200 metres away you will find a small grocery shop, a tobacco bar and a bakery. A dentist, a doctor and a pharmacy are less than 500 m away and a small supermarket is 1 km away. The nearest town is Berck (4km) with its beach, shops and restaurants.
We recommend Montreuil-sur-Mer (10 min drive), a medieval town with ramparts and characterful architecture. Known for its gastronomy, the food here is very good, and at all prices!

The small village of Verton has 2500 inhabitants. The area is very quiet. The estate is located in the heart of the village, right next to the town hall. Verton is the first village you come across when leaving the A16 motorway, exit Berck (about 5 km).
Activities
The village is located in the heart of the 3 bays (Somme, Authie, and Canche) of the Opal Coast. The beach is 6 km away. The location allows both classic tourist activities, as well as the discovery of nature with walks that the owners will be delighted to show you. Seals, sea calves and grey seals can be seen every day of the year. The village of Montreuil-sur-Mer and Le Touquet-Paris-Plage are not to be missed when staying at Le Clos 1736. The golf courses are also famous in the region: Golf de Nampont Saint-Martin, Golf de Belle Dune, Golf du Touquet...
