Located in the peaceful rural setting of Boundary Farm in Saxtead, the Hayloft is a two bedroom holiday home full of character, original exposed beams and wonderful views over the countryside. Surrounded by six acres of idyllic gardens, woodland and meadows the property opens out onto a rear garden and patio with a BBQ and lawn area (shared with the Cartlodge and the Farmhouse). There is a brand new additional games room with table football, board games and plenty of seating offering a fantastic space to keep you entertained during your stay.The property benefits from a fully equipped shaker style kitchen and dining area with french doors opening out onto the rear patio and garden. Upstairs there is an extremely spacious and characterful living room with exposed timber beams, a TV, books, board games and a door leading to an outdoor staircase giving access to the drive and meadow with wide ranging views across the surrounding countryside. Both bedrooms are brilliantly furnished, one of which has a double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe and the other has twin beds with an additional pull-out bed for a child, chest of drawers and wardrobe. All beds are made up with high quality Egyptian cotton linen and towels. On the first floor, the shower room has a double-sized shower unit, wash basin and WC.Saxtead is a quaint village, two miles North West of the historic market town of Framlingham, famous for it's magnificent late 12th-century castle, fantastic shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants. As well as making up the hamlets of Saxtead Green and Saxtead Little Green, the village's major features are the landmark windmill, the Old Mill House pub and the Church of 'All Saints'.
