It is in the countryside on a former farm in the bay of Saint-Brieuc that the owners Jean-paul and Marylène have passionately renovated this former stable into a light-bathed cottage.
For hikers, cyclists or mountain bikers you have everything nearby with this beautiful valley of the mines path or the Gouët dam. And you will only be 10 minutes from Rosaires beach, but we advise you to discover it by walking along the Gouet to the Port du Légué and by the Pointe du Roselier.
The owners will be happy to provide you with information on tours to discover in the region and all the more so that in less than 5 minutes, you will reach the main roads to get from the Côte de Granit Rose to the Côte de Penthièvre but you can also go for a walk in the heart of the Breton bocage in Quintin, classified as a "Small city of character".
