This modern 1st floor apartment is located in the popular complex of Arona 2 with its well kept gardens and communal swimming pool. The beaches of Mar de Cristal and Isla Menores on the Mar Menor are just a short walk away.
The apartment has been furnished to a high standard with a good size lounge/dining room leading out onto the balcony which overlooks the pool and gardens. There are 2 bedrooms, one has a small balcony and both have good wardrobe space. The kitchen has everything you need including a dishwasher, washing machine and dolce gusto coffee machine.
