Summary: This house's location is perfect. Beautiful sunrises and private beach. Enough bedrooms for everyone and an enormous deck to enjoy the evenings. Just a little extra info. The two bedrooms on first floor do not have air conditioning. Upstairs, 3 out of the 4 bedrooms for have air conditioning. There are plenty of fans to use if needed. There are two refrigerators to use, which was handy. We used one for all our beverages. There is a crockpot and a nice blender, enough plates and utensils for everyone. The cabinets were a little disorganized, but, eventually able to find everything we needed. The main living area has a really nice air conditioning unit, but the exhaust blows out onto the sunroom. Just makes it unbearably hot, and sadly unusable. Overall, the family was very happy with the location and the house. Thank you.
