A new modern well furnished luxurious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, ground floor Lodge with fast wi-fi situated in the grounds of a stunning Country House exactly half way between the popular Towns of Henley In Arden and Stratford Upon Avon (only 3 miles from each.)
Lower Ling Lodge is the downstairs part of the whole property that is known as The Ling Lodges. There are two interconnecting doors between upstairs and downstairs and when we lock these doors we are able to let out just the downstairs portion and so accommodate up to just 6 guests as opposed to 10 guests should you just to rent the whole including upstairs. This arrangement is then perfect for groups of up to 6 people. It should be noted that should you rent just downstairs known as Lower Ling Lodge then there will be no-one in the upstairs part because we do not let out just upstairs independently.
The large Indoor Heated Swimming Pool is also entirely private. You share the private pool with no-one else at any time. Patio Doors look out from the Swimming Pool onto the secluded and enclosed back gardens of this lovely property where you may sit in the Sun and enjoy a drink or BBQ.....
Lower Ling Lodge is a luxury full sized Lodge with two large and completely separate Bedrooms. As well as the main Family bathroom, one of the Bedrooms also has an en suite complete with a fantastic walk in Power Shower, WC and Washbasin. The other large Bedroom has bunk beds as well as two separate single beds and this makes for a fabulous good sized Family Room sleeping four comfortably.
