Positive: Breakfast was great, simple, but wide variety with salty and sweet options. Nice hosts. Air conditioning was great, big enough to quickly cool the room. Daily refreshed towels and they made the bed. Free parking right outside the building. You can reach lake Garda/ Gardaland in 15 minutes, big Eurospin in 10 minutes.
Negative: There was no fridge, no water heater, no mugs, nothing in the room. You could use a small one in the kitchen 2 floors down, but it was not very clear. Bathroom (especially the shower) had mold, not cleaned enough. Terrace would have been nice, but looked to the main road and was dirty. Little noise since it is next to a main road. Hosts did not speak a single word in English ( or any other language).
Summary: Good for 1-2 days stay, or if you are eating out for every meal.
