Positive: The apartment is very well located, there's a mini-market on the corner, a bakery, cafes and restaurants nearby. Tourist attractions and bus stops are also within easy walking distance.
Negative: There's a lack of adhesive hooks in the bathroom and plastic hooks in the bedrooms. A small shelf for storing clothes/things would also be nice.
Summary: The apartment is great for a short stay and well located. I recommend it!
