Kids want to play in the sand, but you want to relax on the lanai? Since the house is directly on the beach, you will have all the convenience of beach living from this location! Tired of lugging all your beach gear, toys, and food for your day at the beach? Wouldn't you like to have the convenience of walking out your door to the beach right in front of you? This is the place for you! Save your money on expensive restaurants who charge premiums for dining with a view. Enjoy sunset, Oceanview dining every night on your own private lanai! All rooms of this one story villa are decorated with tropical flair and surround you in vibrant colors and designs. The master bedroom has beautiful beach and gulf views, Queen bed and attached full bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed and twin bunk beds with an attached full bath and a partial beach view. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and cable tv. The living room sofa converts to a queen bed for an additional 1-2 guests. Enjoy beach and gulf views from the lanai or open the window wall to experience sea breezes and gulf views from the the living/dining room. Each of the two full bathrooms include tub/shower combo and nice details such as wall mounted hairdryers. You'll have all the comforts of home with a large kitchen equipped with all the tools and full sized appliances necessary for preparing great seaside meals. Bed linens and bath towels are provided. The living room entertainment center has a new flat screen 46' HDTV with cable and DVR, DVD, and Bluetooth enabled audio/FM system. A secure Wi-Fi network provides high speed internet access exclusively for our guests who require a connection to the 'real world'. Central heat/AC and ceiling fans for your comfort. For your added convenience, you have the use of your own full sized washer and dryer in the two car garage. The property is lushly landscaped with exotic tropical palms, hibiscus, and birds of paradise which provide privacy to the lanai and patio. The beach right outside your door is for the exclusive use of resort guests and is wonderful for sunbathing, kite flying, tossing a football and especially building sand castles! For those not familiar with the unique qualities of Siesta Key sand, you are in for a real treat! The sand is like fine, white powdery sugar, and is soft and cool to the touch, even on the hottest days. No need for shoes on this beach. A short walk down to the resort recreation center brings you to an unexpected delight- a huge junior Olympic sized (75ft long!) heated freshwater pool. The pool provides a great place for families to relax and play, while at the same time allowing lap swimming for the serious swimmer. You can even practice your snorkeling in the expansive deep end. Simple, old fashioned fun is available at the recreation center with a ping pong table and lighted shuffleboard court. The resort provides beach amenities including chaise lounges and chairs and shade shelters for guests needing the occasional break from the sun.
