Positive: Very beautiful well kept property. Staff always maintaining the grounds. Servers around the pool and beach are lovely and very quick to get you whatever you may need.
Negative: I wanted to use a bike one day and they don’t offer a regular bicycle at no cost(at least that’s what the front desk man told me). They only offer electric bikes for a 4 or 12 hour span, for a fee. The man at the front desk is useless as well. I was trying to use indrive(basically tulums uber) and he was ZERO help. Since I wasn’t using the towns Taxi it seemed as though he basically shrugged his shoulders and a “figure it out on your own” attitude. Same attitude I received when I inquired about the bikes.
