Upon arrival, heading up the pathway to the front door to this magnificent property, you are greeted with a stunning cascading water feature. Step inside and you are greeted with a grand staircase featuring a large aquarium at the top. Absolutely sensational!

Zone 1 - Modern, spacious, open plan kitchen and dining. Stunning modern kitchen fully equipped with top-of-the-range appliances. Expansive bench with 4 bar stools. Dining table for 8/10 guests, smart television, Sonos Sound System complemented with stylish furnishing, sideboard, and indoor plants opening up onto an expansive northern deck overlooking the golf course.
Zone 2 - Adjoining you will find a combined lounge/sitting room which is separated by a magnificent floor-to-ceiling gas log see-through/two-way fireplace, artistically designed that provides a unique view on each side. The lounge room is beautifully furnished, massive modular lounge, throw rugs, cushions, with funky leather chairs, giving this room a sense of sophistication yet casual ambiance at the same time.
