Summary: The apartment was nice, but the air conditioner did not work. Also the water heater you have to open the kitchen faucet in order for the hot water to work. Due to not having air conditioning the apartment smelled. Overall the apartment is nice but seems like itโ€™s still needs some work to be done. I like the mirror in the master bedroom it had a cut wire and it was falling off the wall. The owner was very nice and attentive responded to the messages very quick once those issues are fixed it will be a great apartment to rent.
