It is located on a hill in the country of the Canal du Midi, 22 km from Narbonne, 32 km Béziers and 1 hour from Carcassonne. It offers spectacular views of the vineyards and the village from the terrace. The fully enclosed garden is an oasis of calm and freshness by its lush vegetation. There is no direct traffic in the vicinity.
In any season the villa is for rent, because a good insulation, a fireplace and the electric convectors provide warmth. You enter from the exterior into a comfortably furnished, spacious living and dining room with a large window front and a beautiful view. The large bedroom is air-conditioned and has a private bathroom. All rooms are equipped with mosquito nets. You will enjoy every moment of your vacation thanks to a beautiful summer kitchen with barbecue, pool house, the various terraces, one of which is covered and another is protected by an awning.
