Five bedrooms, three full baths (one with jacuzzi tub), a large kitchen, and large living room for your family gathering! You will love the lake front views from every room in the house. This lake house is 3 blocks from Main Street & 10 blocks from the best mountain biking trails in Minnesota!!
This home is nearing the completion of a 12-month renovation. Your family and guests will just love the gorgeous 900 sq-ft living room including a wood burning fireplace, lounge and dining area. The large kitchen includes a new double oven and Viking gas cooktop. The three upstairs bedrooms and main level bedroom have all have beautiful views of the lake. The 4th upstairs bedroom is unfinished but still supports a trundle and twin bed. The upstairs guest bath is brand new and boasts a large shower area with dual shower heads. The amazing master bath has a jacuzzi tub, fancy toilet, and a spacious shower all surrounded by marble. Just this week we added a second hot water heater to support those long showers!
The downstairs bathroom has not been renovated yet but has charming character from years past. There are some projects that are still in the renovation process: several windows are locked closed, some doors do not have locks, 2 of the 3 upstairs porches may be used but lack fit and finish, and some trim is not yet completed.
Upstairs Bedroom 1: Queen bed and 2 twins.

A 25-foot Bennington pontoon boat is available to rent for $1000 for the week.
