Positive: Great host, great accomodation, practically new. Near to two beaches with clean water, bakery close by, two large terrace, parking, air-conditioning... Highly recommend.
Negative: No WiFi but it didn't bother us as we could do more family time together 🙂
Summary: Great for family vacation if you want peace and quiet
