Positive: Astrid the hostess was phenomenal! She was in contact with me and made sure I had everything I needed. The beds were super comfortable. The doormen were courteous and friendly.
Negative: I was not happy with the water in the shower. If you wanted to take a shower in hot water, you would have to use a drizzle. If you turned up the pressure, the water was cold. In addition, the water heater appeared to be on a timer and would suddenly shut off. Fortunately, if you turned the water off and back again the timer would reset. It was very inconvenient if you had to wash your hair of in a hurry.
Summary: It was a very comfortable apartment in an excellent location with impeccable service!
