Positive: This was our first trip to the Cape Verde Islands, and Praia was our first stop after arriving from Lisbon. The apartment is located outside the center of Praia (2-3 km), in a quiet residential area. But the center of Praia can be reached easily and cheaply by city bus (no. 10, 12). The owner, Eunice, speaks English, quickly answers all questions before arrival, and during your stay, helps organize tours of the island by recommending drivers she knows. Eunice is incredibly warm and caring, and is quick to resolve any issues that arise. The apartment itself is very spacious, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a very comfortable living room connected to the kitchen, which has everything you need. The local center of the district, with shops, a pharmacy, a bank, and ATMs, is within walking distance. This was the nicest, most comfortable apartment during our 3-week trip to the Cabo Verde Islands.
