This is a beautiful, 4 bedroom, top floor, duplex apartment in an ideal location in Paisley.
The space inside and out is designed to be very comfortable, while extras such as the modern kitchen, proximity to airport, ease of parking & unlimited broadband are welcome additions to any trip. Gas central heating and double glazing help make this property warm in the winter and this is a very comfortable space. The space sleeps 8.
The house is a 4 bedroom, top floor apartment. There is a communal staircase leading from the public street, where you would park your car, through the communal stairwell, up to the main door of the apartment.
The front door opens to a grand entrance hall with beautiful wooden flooring and stairs up to the top floor of the apartment. The living room is uncluttered and comfortable, it has plenty of seating and a wall mounted television providing access to Netflix.
The kitchen is bright and modern, it comes complete with gas hob, fridge freezer, electric oven and microwave. There is also a dishwasher and washing machine for your convenience. Along with an abundance of cooking utensils, there is plenty of cutlery, dining wear and a kettle and toaster for your use. There is also a seating area in the kitchen, as well as a dining table that transforms into a pool table for your enjoyment.
There are two bathrooms located on the lower floor of the apartment, one houses a bath with electric shower, WC and sink, while the other has a WC and sink. Lastly on the lower floor, there is a master bedroom, again with the same beautiful wooden floors, period fireplace (cosmetic only) and a comfortable king size bed.
Upstairs, there are 3 large bedrooms all with carpeted flooring, double beds, velux windows (with blinds) and bedding provided.
Each of the bedrooms sleeps two people, and all have hanging space for clothing and bed side tables with lamps to the side.
A travel cot can be provided upon request.
Council Tax, unlimited Wi-Fi & utilities are all included.
The entire property is exclusively for guests use.
The location is quiet and sedate. A perfect place for a family to relax and unwind away from the hustle and bustle of Paisley town & Glasgow. Conveniently there are shops only a few minutes walk from the property, this includes a post office and newsagent for basic groceries. Slightly further away, yet only a few minutes in a car, there are Morrisons & Aldi supermarkets. Locally, there are also Chinese and Indian takeaways that come recommended should you fancy a night off from cooking.
The house is conveniently connected to the motorway network with both the M8 & M77 motorways only a 10 minute drive away. For convenient transport, there is also a bus stop a few hundred yards along the street and the local train station Paisley Canal St is a mere 12 minute walk away. Trains from here run into Glasgow every 30 minutes for the most part.
There are two highly rated shopping centres in the area, a short drive to each, Braehead & Silverburn both have a loads of shopping and entertainment activities for all ages.
Locally there are Gleniffer Braes Country Park, Paisley Museum & Coates Observatory & Paisley Abbey. In Glasgow there are a number of attractions such as the Science centre & Transport museum.
