Summary: This apartment was perfect for two couples. We stayed for three nights and found it to be an excellent base for exploring the area. The nearby bus and tram made it easy to visit Eze Village, Villefranche-sur-Mer, and Old Town Nice, as well as travel to the airport.The bedrooms are on the smaller side, so living out of a suitcase required a bit of creativity, but it was manageable for our short stay. The two air-conditioning units worked exceptionally well and kept the apartment cool and comfortable.We appreciated the beach chairs and towels provided, which made it easy to enjoy a swim in the Mediterranean. We also had a wonderful meal at the restaurant directly across the street. The washer and dryer were an added convenience and especially useful during our travels.As noted in previous reviews, the apartment is not within walking distance of Old Town, but the excellent public transportation options made getting around simple and convenient. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would gladly return.
