Positive: Proximity to the beach and the most beautiful sunset view.
Negative: No Air conditioning. Although we requested fans there were many night on which it was awful hot still. The property was clean upon arrival, but there was nothing to clean with during our two weeks there we had to purchase all essentials. Another inconvenience was the water, we had to purchase water since there was no potable water at this property. There are very few stores nearby so it was definitely a huge inconvenience. The water pressure for the shower needs much improvement. It is far from Olbia and Cagliari, only stay here if you have a rental car.
Summary: Lovely property and friendly host. Recommend to stay here only if you have a rental car!!!
