Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Very clean and close to Archies Beach. Roomy kitchen. Lots of different areas available within the house. Close to restaurants, shops and cycle and walking tracks.
Negative: 2 bed rooms completely outside the house. Detached room with bunk beds is small with no storage. 3 sets of keys would be ideal so that all occupants of inside and outside bedrooms could easily access house. Indoor and outdoor table settings had 8 chairs with outdoor setting too heavy to bring inside so tricky if booking >10 guests. Internal toilet requires stairs so mobility of guests needs to be considered.
Summary: Roomy house in excellent position where age and mobility of guests should be considered.
