Positive: Views location and furnishings were great.
Negative: Kitchen was in disarray. Needs some deep cleaning and reorganizing. We discovered a glass of chocolate milk was left in the microwave. Wet towels were left in the washing machine and sheets in the dryer. Furniture shows use, could use steam cleaning.
Summary: Charming beach home was very comfortable for a family stay.
