Welcome to Arrowridge on the west side of Lake of the Ozarks. This beautiful 4 bedroom, 4 bath home is laid out perfectly for a large family or a couples retreat.
Step inside and enjoy the massive picturesque view of the lake from the living room with vaulted ceilings. The kitchen is all set for your gourmet chef with all stainless steel appliances including a small drink/wine refrigerator. There is plenty of room to prepare meals with everything you will need and seating in the lakeside dining room for 6 at the table and 3 at the bar. Step outside off of the Dining Room to find a screened patio area with conversation seating and ceiling fan. Upper level also includes a large lakeside deck with gas grill and dining seating. The utility room includes a full sized washer & dryer and sink.
The Master Bedroom is located on the upper level and includes a King bed, ceiling fan, private deck access and private bathroom. Master Bath has a standing shower, jetted tub and double sinks. Bedroom 2 is located behind the kitchen and has a Queen bed, shared bathroom with tub/shower, private water closet and sink. There is also a Twin sofa sleeper in Bedroom 4 and an additional air mattress to sleep up to 10 people.
Downstairs you will find lakeside Bedroom 3 that has a Queen bed and private bathroom with tub/shower. Bedroom 4 is also downstairs and has a Queen bed and shared bathroom with tub/shower. Also downstairs you will find a large family room with comfortable seating, flat screen TV, complete bar with sink, full sized refrigerator and 3 bar stools. Just off the Family Room is a covered patio with dining seating to enjoy.
An additional queen bed has been added in a small room with no window or closet, which will accommodate two extra guests!
Also take time to enjoy the gas firepit area with large comfortable chairs to watch the sun go down. The boat dock features two covered slips (14 x 32 and 12 x 32) and includes a swim platform, ladder and picinic table.
Please note again that there is no cable or satellite, but includes internet connection and cell service that is spotty and limited. However, the owners do stream Netflix.
