Rec reserve & playground at your back gate. Onsite parking. Pet friendly but rules apply, please note dogs cannot be left inside unattended. The kennel provided can be located under cover on back verandah.
The space
Welcoming front entry with polished timber floors which continue through to a combined Kitchen Dining and a separate Lounge room each with split system for heating and cooling. Bed 1: King bed carpeted room with ceiling fan and north facing windows. Bed 2: Queen bed, carpeted room with BIR, ceiling fans and north facing windows. Modern Bathroom (shower only, no bath) with under tile floor heating. The laundry and second loo are located off the back entry. Cottage garden, pergola with outdoor setting to enjoy the outdoors and secure pet friendly yard. Ample onsite parking for 3 cars including one undercover space. (please note: open fire places are not operational) Children welcome but please note there is a shower only and no childproof locks on kitchen cupboards.
Guest access
Home is located in a wide leafy street with ample parking. Immediately out your back gate is an oval, play ground, skate park, swimming pool and netball courts. Easy access to all Mansfield township amenities, shops and cafe's, rail trail, cycling and walking tracks.
Other things to note
Pets are welcome inside and out but strictly not in the bedrooms or on soft furnishings. I have provided a plastic dog tub and or kennel for you to place your dog's bedding in, they are stored in the shed. The back verandah provides an undercover area for your dog whilst outside. There are water and food bowls and a secure yard. There is a tub and old towels in the laundry for you to wash and dry dirty doggy paws. lf dogs are found to have been in bedrooms or on soft furnishings an additional cleaning and laundry fee will be charged along with an extremely poor rating. Sorry but this is to ensure the comfort of the next guests. There is a reserve at the rear and whilst dogs are not allowed on the oval there is room for them to run around.
