Positive: It was perfect and convenient for my wife and I!!! Coozy and private
Negative: The neighbors up above us were walking around all times of the night and making too much noise. Also one of the guests bathrooms had a sewage water smell going on. It had the entire room we slept on smelly. Some parts of the floor felt like they needed replacing.
Summary: Perfect, private, coozy, and simple!!!
