Summary: The apartment was great and location was good. But there was zero communication. The first email we got said don't use any outside communication because it might be spam come to find out the next thing they do is send us an outside communication from another app. Then they don't respond to any communication through the hotels.com app and we had to spend an extra $30 to park because we couldn't get the code to the parking space that was included that was the whole reason we booked this particular one is that you had included parking. Absolutely frustrated miserable check-in with no communication at all.
