Positive: We were a family of seven, and my two young adult couples really wanted to experience La Placita de Santurce. This place was absolutely perfect because it was within walking distance! I didn't hear any loud music or crazy noise at all..just a few passing cars with loud horns here and there. Having private parking was a huge plus, and I absolutely loved it. The condo also featured a nice little kitchen and an in unit washer and dryer. If you are looking to stay in the San Juan/Condado area, I highly recommend this one!

Negative: Just a quick heads up for future guests: they are very strict with checkout time. The cleaning lady was at our door at 11:00 AM on the dot. If you have an emergency or need an early check-in or late check-out even by just an hour…keep in mind that they strictly stick to the exact times!
