As you enter the front door you step into the lovely beach themed open concept main living area. You will love all the special touches! Walk straight back to the slider out to the patio where you can relax in the hammock watching the wildlife and sunset over the canal or enjoy some time around the firepit. To one side of the main living area is the mudroom off the garage with full size washer and dryer available for your use. The opposite side is a hallway that leads to the master suite, guest bedrooms and guest bath.
Guests will have full access and use of the unit 24 hours a day. You can come and go as you please and there is an electronic lock, so there are no keys to keep up with!
