Positive: The location was ideal as was approx 8-10 mins walk to the nearest beach Mont Choisy. The place was spacious, nice terrace, the room was good as well as the bathroom. Overall cleanliness in the property sublime. It had all the ammenities we needed. The carpark and the lift was very handy for our eldest relative as she had some difficulties walking. The staff was very friendly especially Romain and also the building concierge Bernard .Romain was super accommodating, trying his best to ensure our stay goes well and communicated very well with us.
Negative: There wasn’t a living area to gather inside the property. The dining area was outside. If it rains or a bit chilly that was the downside. There was a few issues during our stay such as no electricity on the first night till midday the next day, there was leak inside the bedroom when it rains, the pool was in maintenance during the whole of the second week so we didn’t have access to it and there was a lot of building works going on next door and was noisy in the early morning. The neighbour downstairs keep complaining to us about the place and other issues in the building to us which we found it a bit overwhelming .
