This very contemporary home features seven metres of sliding glass door, opening front and back to reveal unimpeded views. To the front - expansive coastal views of Doubtless Bay. To the back - glorious farmland and hills rolling to the horizon. Draw back the huge doors and polished concrete floors connect the indoor area to extensive terraces outside, where ample outdoor furniture is provided. Each of three Double Bedrooms opens to a terrace with its own remarkable view of either coast or country. There are two charming bathrooms plus a fabulous outdoor shower which looks across uninterrupted countryside. Five minutes drive from Bayview Retreat and you're in the historic and beautiful old township of Mangonui. Special conditions: Prices are for 2 people.Extra guests are charged at $20 per person per night. Failure to disclose extra guests in the house will not be tolerated and can result in immediate termination of stay. Parties at anytime are strictly prohibited. Rates are inclusive of GST and all your bedroom and bathroom linen. Prices for Public Holidays may vary so please ask for these rates. No charge for children under 1 if own bedding is brought.
