The outside has a large, secluded fenced-in yard, outdoor shower and a spacious fire pit for entertaining. From the privacy of the yard, enjoy listening to the birds and being close to Oyster Pond.
The first floor boasts an adorable seating area, an outdoor patio for dining with a gas line for BBQ, two bedrooms and a full bath; one with a queen bed with a good size closet, the other has 2 twin beds and a large closet.
Upstairs are 2 BR; the master has a king bed with 2 large walk-in closets with an L-shaped desk for remote work access. The other bedroom has 2 twin beds, 2 walk-in closets and a futon. There is a full bath in the hallway. All the bedrooms have Roku smart TVs.
The basement has a newly renovated lower-level walkout recreation room, with a full-size ping pong table, comfortable seating area and an additional full-sized refrigerator/freezer. Full-Size Washer & Dryer in storage room.
