Our house is in the eastern part of the island, Praia Mole about 20
minutes from downtown and bus station, and 30 minutes from the airport, positioned in front of the soft beach that one of the most beautiful beaches,
famous and trendy island of Florianópolis, situated in a very safe condominium with guardhouse and vigilant 12 hours a day.
Best of all is the beachfront location
Soft, about 6 minutes walk to the sand !!!
The property is a beautiful mansion surrounded by lush nature with trails to the lagoon, a large swimming pool complete with shower beach chairs, barbecue area and everything else needed to enjoy the deserved vacation.
It has 2 bedrooms with TV and net plus dining room and TV, total
3 points with independent cable net. Garage for 2 cars and space for 3 more in front of
house, plus parking space on the ground next door totally safe. The soft beach has all structure
for those who want to enjoy the day at the beach, several poolside bar and lush beauty among the mountains and nature trails. Our house is near the lagoon fence bar
2 KM where there are several grocery stores, supermarkets, bakeries and commerce. very close also to the center of Lagoa
da Conceição 4Km from the lagoon which is a very neighborhood
known for its bars, clubs and local shops, fairgrounds, post office, bank 24 hours and many attractions, besides of course the lagoon that is
very beautiful and has boat rides, sports tourism facilities such as Kitsurf schools, SUP and other leisure activities such as rentals and kayaking, SUP and other attractions.
Surely the holidays that await you will have you here in our residence where everything is very well cared for with love and affection on the most beautiful beach of Florianópolis Island.
