Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The staff on site and on the phone was very reactive. Safe parking on site. Beachfront. Air conditioning.

Negative: First floor walkup, to keep in mind in case this is an issue. Pool was hot. Sea had quite a bit of sargassum in August. Location: 15 min drive to Puerto Morelos; no restaurants to walk to; need a car.
