Internet has been installed so is available for business and personal use at no additional cost. It has been furnished to a high standard and offers a wonderful relaxing holiday directly overlooking the Signature Jack Nicklaus golf course with beautiful uninterrupted views of the Sierra Espuna Mountain range. The kitchen includes fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, oven and hob and is extremely well equipped with cutlery, dining tableware, cooking utensils, bar stools etc. There is a large terrace with table and chairs overlooking the golf course. There is also a washing machine contained in a separate unit combined with ironing board, iron, dryer etc. Facilities on the course include buggies, trolleys, driving range, practice holes and Clubhouse. There are all sorts of activities within the resort all year round, and in the summer months additional activities for children are made available. A large swimming pool just yards from the apartment is available and also provides a quiet area for sunbathing in the lovely Murcian sun. The situation of the apartment immediately overlooking the golf course means that you can have a wonderfully quiet tranquil break, play golf or explore the surrounding areas. Murcia is one of the main agricultural areas providing fruit, vegetables and wine for Spain and there is always something to see. The Port of Mazarron is just 20 minutes away and has a beautiful coastline with many lovely restaurants, cafes available for all with many unspoilt beaches along the coast, well worth a leisurely drive on a sunny day. It is also a great place to eat at night, overlooking the harbour watching the boats and yachts. From the terrace of the apartment you can look at the beautiful Sierra Espuna Mountain range which is approximately 20 minutes away and provides a wonderful scenic drive within the nature reserve where the altitude varies up to approx 1600 metres and is a beautiful reforestation area. Wondering around the Murcia area not too far away from Condado de Alhama will give you the opportunity to visit wonderful old towns and villages such as Aledo and Mula. The views from the top of Aledo Castle are stunning, a must see with your camera! There are also many small beautiful beaches along the coastline such as Playa de Percheles where you could take a picnic for the day and totally relax and enjoy the enviable sunshine. The are many other villages in the area in addition to the new Water & Safari park in Murcia. Lovely fincas where you can sit and enjoy the food provided by the host, beautiful food at reasonable prices. During high season a daily bus service to local towns is available for you from the centre at Al Kazar. This area of Murcia holds many secrets and much enjoyment can be had by wondering around all of the lovely areas.
