The Master bedroom has access to the patio with beautiful sliding glass doors. It has a king-size bed and a blackout blind. It also has a big Flatscreen television and a beautiful en suite bathroom with a walk-in glass shower. It has a full-size dresser and a large number of built-ins for storage. Summary: We just got back from 3 months in Bucerias staying here at the Nayri. Its a great location and a modern clean comfortable condo. The staff are great with 24 hr front desk staff, nice bar and limited menu snack bar. You cant get a better location; its right on the beach, in the centre of Zona Dorado (where we think the best restos are) and 10 min walk to Centro. We were here for 3 months so some of the following may not be as important for short stays The balcony (important because you will spend 75% of your time out there) is a good size with plenty of room for 4 people and a bbq at one end. It has a great view of the beach and ocean looking south-east towards Nuevo and Puerto Vallarta. However, you also get a great view of the 40+ condo balconies next door. As do they of you. So if privacy is your thing just be aware. The other limiting factor is the sun blasts the balcony around 730am. Its just too hot so unfortunately the balcony was only usable for us after about noon. We asked the owner (who we met) about an umbrella. She seemed to agree it was a good idea but alas it never showed up over our last 6 weeks. Maybe future tenants will be luckier. There is no washing facilities in this condo as they are in the owners suite above. There is a laundry place 1 min from the condo. Was not a big deal for me but my wife did not like having no washer/drier. Lastly, the "concierge" service is hit and miss. Some times there were prompt responses, sometimes no response.
