Summary: the heat did not work in three of the main rooms and it was very cold and uncomfortable. There was one portable heater that worked for s short time before the electric outlets shorted out and would not stay on despite a late night visit to the yard with flashlights to hit the breaker. The master shower head sprays water out at all funky angles but almost none of it is straight ahead to be useful. The water faucet in the guest bathroom sprays water directly into an electrical outlet. The towels everywhere are threadbare and see-through and tattered and not soft or able to dry. There were areas that were not finished…The pillows were uncomfortable… It was also hard to reach the manager while the issues were going on, and when we did, nothing was solved including a request for a refund or steep discount. We are now a month out…
