The modern 1100 sq ft. unit also includes a fully equipped kitchen, front loading washer/dryer, master bedroom with queen bed + 50 inch smart TV adjoining dual sink en-suite, 2nd bedroom with trundle bunk beds (double on bottom, single on top and single pull-out double trundle), main full bathroom including bathtub, all linens, sofa bed for additional sleeping, large flat screens in both the great room and master bedroom, internet connected Bose stereo, A/C, patio with BBQ, fire top table, swing chair, heated outdoor pool & hot-tub easily accessible from ground floor patio, shared games room including pool table, foose ball and ping pong table plus shared fitness room and outdoor tennis court.
