With this apartment you'll enjoy easy access to everything from this beautiful, centrally located, large apartment on the 3rd floor (no elevator - short flights - can assist with luggage). The pool, patio and outdoor dining area, including restaurants, are just steps away. The beach is 2 short blocks away. Eat in or out...we've got you covered. The apartment comes with stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, blender, Keurig, and fully stocked cookware. All you need is groceries, which is located practically around the corner. If you need us to buy groceries ahead of time, just let us know. We also provide a jar of local treats for you to enjoy! :)
The bedrooms are roomy with one queen-sized bed in each room and they are very comfortable. Each bedroom has a luggage rack, robes and slippers, absorbent towels, bedside table and lamps, AC, and charging station for your phone, table or computer.
The dining room sits 6 comfortably but the open concept layout of the dining room and living room makes it easy for everyone to share conversation and meals together. The kitchen overlooks the dining room so the cooks won't miss out on all the fun! If you need to work, the large dining room table also doubles as a designated working station.
The apartment comes with one private parking spot, washer/dryer, A/C in every room, smart TV, robe and slippers for each guest and bathroom amenities. The airport is only 10 minutes away, Viejo San Juan is only 12 minutes away, Condado is only 5 minutes away.
