Located in the Deep Creek neighborhood of Punta Gorda (Port Charlotte) puts you in close proximity to a variety of shopping, dining, entertainment, golf, Port Charlotte Center (Murdock Circle), and downtown Punta Gorda, the jewel of Florida's southwest coast.
The open floor plan of our home features a fully equipped Kitchen. The large island has seating for 4. A formal Dining area contains a large table with seating for 6. Off the KITCHEN, the nook contains a recliner, great for reading or taking a nap. A very Comfortable Family Room rounds out the main living area equipped with a 65" smart TV & seating for 6.
The Primary bedroom offers a KING SIZE BED, TV, Walk in Closet, and a spacious ensuite consisting of separate sink vanities, an OVER-SIZED WALK IN SHOWER, and PRIVATE toilet.
On the opposite side of the house you will find the 2 guest bedrooms and the second full bathroom containing a tub/shower combination, toilet, and sink vanity. This bathroom is accessible to the lanai & pool. (Nice feature)
The sliding doors lead to the Lanai & Pool area.

Port Charlotte Beach Park & Beach Park in Punta Gorda are merely 10 minutes away and offer a variety of activities on Charlotte Harbor.
