This updated 2 story farmhouse-style home features 4 upstairs bedrooms, all with Queen beds and memory foam mattresses. An additional downstairs living/bedroom features original built-in bookcases and a queen-size sleeper sofa. The house includes 2 full bathrooms, 2 living rooms, a full kitchen with dishwasher, cable tv, and clothing washer and dryer. A two-side wraparound porch offers stunning views of both New Harbor and the Atlantic Ocean. Just steps from State Beach and Scotch Beach, the house is only a mile and a half from the shops, restaurants, bars, and ferry port of Old Harbor. Rental fee includes all bedding, bath towels, and beach towels. During the months of July-September, this property rents from Saturday to Saturday (shorter stays will be considered but dates must fall between Saturdays.)

Summary: Our family was on Block Island for a wedding. The house was in a perfect spot for the wedding, close to beaches and town. It is an older house, so it has some squeaks and moans on those windy nights but it is a Beautiful home with a large yard overlooking the water. Kirsten was very helpful and communicative about everything. There was a misunderstanding about the 5th bedroom, which we really needed. Kirsten made it right immediately. I also asked if there were hair dryers. Need a good style for a wedding! Kirsten went out and bought two and had a friend drop them off that day. I really appreciated her kindness in asking if we wanted her to stock the fridge with a few items since we were getting in late with little ones in tow. We loved her place and will definitely book with her again. Thanks so much, Kirsten! The Stair family
